The Studio is the new high-end recording room at Sam Ash Music in Canoga Park, California. Centered around a Pro Tools HD3 rig with 24 channels of ICON D-Command control, the room was treated for acoustics by the team at Auralex to provide a proper listening environment to demo instruments, microphones, reference monitors and the latest recording equipment. Sit back on the couch and let your ears decide on the perfect gear for your next recording session.
Studio owners, producers, engineers and musicians are invited to join us for hors d’œuvres at the Grand Opening of The Studio on October 16. Digidesign's Jon Connolly will demonstrate the newest advances in Pro Tools HD hardware, software and plug-ins. Auralex will discuss the acoustical treatment of the The Studio, answer questions on sound isolation and sound-proofing, and provide attendees with a free personalized room analysis.
